Looks like a gas filler on the left rear fender, and the back drops off too fast. I don't think it's a VW Beetle, but close.

I saw an Ebay ad for a junker Renault 4 missing engine and a wheel. In the background is an old red tourer with the top down. Can someone identify what it is? I suspect British. It has semaphores.
