Screw and spade terminal Brake light switches are available from NAPA 
Auto Parts.

SL143 Screw
SL144 Spade

The Spade terminal type seems readily available, my local NAPA Dealer 
has two on the shelve.

The screw terminal type look like orders from the regional warehouses.

The price about $24.00 list.  As I have an account there the wholesale 
prices is about #13.00.  I guess it just depends on what type of 
relationship you have with your local NAPA Dealer.

I've got to think that it is less expensive than HD parts though.
