[TR] Workbench rebuild

I am very impressed with all the impressive work bench ideas and innovations mentioned.  Unfortunately for me, the swappable surfaces idea would not work very well.  To change the top I would have to clean off my workbench, something I haven't been able to do (despite best intentions and many tries) for a number of years now.
