[TR] TR torque method

Question as to proper method of re-torqueing the head bolts on a TR4A motor.
I know to always move backwards(loosen) 1/4-1/2 turn before proceeding on to
the proper torque setting but should you back-off all the bolts then go back
and tighten as per the given pattern or loosen/tighten them one at a time?
