[TR] Gas tank repair

Andrew -

FYI - The last time I spoke with Jorge (about a month ago) he said he was
retiring soon and giving up the business.  Mainly just closing out his
inventory now.

I do not know him well enough to say whether he means that or just says
that sort of thing from time to time.
