Just a thought, you might ask one of the rebuilders (eg Apple Hydraulic or White Post) if they could either resleeve your old one
(should be no problem), or take an earlier cylinder and bore it out to .75".  The latter solution will likely be kind of expensive
(a resleeve charge on top of the price of a new cylinder, plus whatever the pistons cost), but the result should last many decades.
