[TR] TR3 handbrake part request

Got one from someone here locally.  Had it sitting in his catchall bucket -
the car was gone 10 years ago.   Lucky me.

I am missing the fork end of the emergency cable.  Part no. 101247.

1)      Does anybody have one that they are willing to part with?

2)      Does anybody have one available to get specs for getting the part
made or finding a substitute.

a.       I know it is 5/16 UNF threaded.

b.      Overall length

c.       Length of 'forks'

d.      Size of hole for pin

e.       Gap between forks

3)      Is there anyone else who might want one if I go the 'make it' route?
(share the cost)
