i took the easy route and just oversize the holes.

Thanks Joe, Frank n Dave.  I looked in the archives and there are a lot of threads that I never saw.  
Mounted the TR3B body on chassis today, don't remember so much trouble getting the holes to line up.  Any tips?  They are close that I can drop a screwdriver in the hole, but at a slight angle. 
Maybe Mark has an answer.
