[TR] attaching a parking permit

John -

The first thing I would do is make a good color copy (or two) of that item
and use the copy on your windscreen.  That way it can be refreshed if it
fades, get ruined by water or you just plain screw it up.

3M makes a 2-sided tape that comes in a big roll and is 7¾" wide.  I got a
roll from my brother-in-law years ago but have know idea where one could be
had today.  With that stuff it is easy to make windshield stickers.

If you can't find that stuff or something like it than send me a good copy
of the original (not the original) and I will fix it for you and return by
post.
