[TR] Clutch Master Cylinder?

Symptom - the clutch pedal fades in pressure to where's there is none.
Observing the master cylinder fluid level in the reservoir, after depressing
the pedal it rises as the pedal pressure fades, and almost overflows. When
the pedal is released the fluid level goes back down to it's original
starting level. Dot 4 brake fluid. Has HVDA transmission conversion. Fluid
bled multiple times. Same results.

 

What's happening to make the fluid level go up?
