[TR] Need CLEAR Instruction

Not to be too nitpicky but I think the mechanical action of the adjustment nut pushes the jet up when you lean it out, but if you lower or try to enrichen it sometimes the spring does not push it down and you do have to push on the jet itself to make sure it is adjusting as you turn the adjustment nut.
