[TR] Lubricating a TR3A

I confess that after all these years driving the car, I thought I knew the lubrication points.  And I did once.  But I forgot about the rear hubs until I double-checked myself using the manual today.  

One thing I've never done, and frankly don't know how to do, is clean and lubricate the suspension springs.  What do you do?  Just wire brush them and squirt from an oil can around them?
