[TR] Fender bolts

The 3 bolts below the tail light will most likely be rusted to the caged nut.  Remove all other bolts and there are slots in the fender for the 3 bolts to stay in place.  Some persuasion will be needed to move the fender rearward, but it should slide out.  If you can get some WD40 in there it might help.
