[TR] voltage regulator

Possibly an over-simplification (which is how I usually try to comprehend
things electric) but I imagine the TR control box to contain two spools
with slightly different functions.  One is a voltage regulator and the
other is a current regulator.

As to the original question -- possibly several styles of screws will work
well enough to hold it but this is the look of the original if you are
trying to approximate what was there:
