No, and no.  

I repaired some front suspension components on the TR3 a couple of days ago (including making some new Nylatron bushings) and now
the steering is way too stiff.  Gotta get out there and find out what I did wrong (probably added one too many shims to the brass/SS
silentbloc substitute), but instead I'm in here checking email ...
