[TR] TR6 for sale

So I took my cousins' son out for a short ride over the weekend in my TR6 - he is now hooked!
Found this listing on Craig's list from Sacto.  I told him it looks pretty rough for him. Too rough.  He knows very little about cars, does no work himself.
Anyone in the area know this car?
