When I mounted the yellow fan on my TR4 I used a TR3 extension as it is shorter thus leaving plenty of "flex" room and allowing the fan to be mounted in the proper and most efficient direction. You will need the TR3 dog bolt as well if you go this route. Edward Hamer Petaluma Ca
