[TR] TR3 stator tube and control head

its a fixed wheel.i don't see the nubs that stick out in your photo. i see indentations.

There should be a short tube that sticks out from the control head.  Roughly 3" long for fixed steering wheel; 8 or 9" if you have
the adjustable wheel.  The inside of that tube has the nubs that engage the slot in the stator tube.
