[TR] Need Smiths PCV Valve Parts

I'm trying to rebuild a Smiths PCV Valve and need the top cover and the spring
clip that holds the cover on. I have all of the rest of the parts and don't
really want to have to purchase a whole new valve.  These are shown greyed out
at the top right side of the following link:

These valves were used on GT6, TR4 & Spitfires.
