I used some white poly trim pieces. They rolled around the contours
just fine.

Oh, and don't tell the concours judges.

Subject: [TR] TR3 Seat wood strip

I have the TR3 seats stripped down to the frames and need to replace the
1/4" x 1" wood tack strips. I purchased some 1/4" plywood at the local
yard
but after an hour in the steam box the wood still wants to crack. I
have
experience steam-bending solid wood but not multi-ply pieces. Is there
a
secret to replace these strips?

Many thanks,
Bill
