[TR] knob for TR250 seat release

Roger, I could not find these as a new item listed anywhere, it has a 
somewhat unique teardrop shape, when I got a small knob at the hardware 
store with a shape that flared out at the top I quickly found out this was 
not a good idea, as one time when I flipped the seat up when the door was 
shut it scuffed my nice new door panel.  I had one original that came with 
the car, and found another through a vendor that was parting out a TR250, 
they come up on ebay every now and then, sometimes for a reasonable price, 
sometimes for way too much.
