[TR] Bolt torque

On the same engine when in a TR3A you have to stop at a particular
orientation for proper positioning of the handcrank dog (which is the head
of that bolt). Shims are used to help get it close -- but possibly this
'feature' is why no torque was specified?

90 lbs sounds about right to me.
