[TR] tr3 Radiator

i know its been discussed a hundred times, but i gota ask again.
it looks like i could remove:
inlet and exhaust manifold
dynamo
water pump
fan
horns

and with a little jiggling maybe get the radiator out without removing the apron.
anyone ever had any luck with this approach?

my buddy really does not want to remove the apron. it fits so well and we are scared to death of chipping paint.
