[TR] TR8 Power Steering

Greetings!
My buddy and I are trying to change out a power steering pump on a 1980 TR8
and are having fits.  We don't have a comprehensive manual and we are flying
blind.  Has anyone out there successively accomplished this?  It looks to me
like the pulley needs to be removed first, but, there isn't enough room to get
anything in there to do it.  Does the radiator need to be removed?  Any help
would be appreciated.
TIA for any information or where to look for a GOOD manual.
