[TR] Was SU rebuild, now upholstery

I remember there was a fellow considered to be the most accomplished early TR upholstery expert.  I don't know whose kits or spring sets he uses (TRF seems to have the spring set that is closest to original), but I wonder if anyone knows the guy.
I believe he was in Illinois somewhere.
