[TR] Fuel Tank connection

This may be a bit off topic, but the Austin-Healy is currently sharing the
garage with the TR3.
 
Is there a source for British Standard compression fittings?  I need to
connect the fuel line to the tank on this Healy but it is not an SAE thread,
7/16 is too big and 3/8 is too small.
