[TR] Electric Fuel Pump Repair

I have a non-working fuel pump that I cannot seem to readily see a reason
for the failure.  It is an Auto Pump brand model AP104 made in New Zealand.
 
I don't find it on a Google search and now wonder if it is just a cheap
throw-away pump and not worth the time & trouble to re-build.
 
Any advice here would be helpful as I don't have much experience with
e-pumps.
