[TR] wrinkle paint

Ditto... Looks good but is very fragile.  Mine came out perfect until I let
the bezel slip just a little while installing the choke cable assembly,
small flake probably 10x more noticeable to me than anyone else.  Wrinkle
powder coat sounds like the way to go next time.

My experience with wrinkle-finish paint is exactly the same -- good finish
but poor adhesion.  Not quite fingernail loose, but not strong either.

I had the instrument panel of my TR-3B dash powder coated with wrinkle black
a year ago.  Looks perfect, and (so far) the finish seems quite durable.
