I should probably stay out of this, but ... Andy, I think you are
overlooking the fact that Redline MT-90 DOES meet the EP requirement from
the 50s.  It could not earn a GL4 rating otherwise.

It's also my surmise that the folks at Redline are unwilling to enter the
anti-GL5 fray, and so when someone says "I have to use GL4", they recommend
their GL4 oil.
