[TR] TR3 choke

On mine, that's about right for warm-weather starting.  However it can vary
a lot, so yours may be different.

Pull it out and then look at the jets.  You may have to take the air filters
off to see down there.  For full choke, there should be 1/4" or more of the
jet shaft exposed, although 1/8" is usually enough unless it's really cold.
