I believe they are factory, but only installed on some cars (perhaps only
those originally fitted with rubber mats).  TS39781LO had em, TS13571L
didn't (and had carpet snaps in the same general area).

I _think_ the part number is 561162 (even though that number doesn't appear
in the TR3 SPC), and TRF has them on sale for $3.51 each.
