I've tried to E-mail you the manual twice in different manners,
but BOTH have bounced back to me. So try the web site that Chris Simo has
tried to install my manual on (fileswap.com). or ask the list if someone who
has my manual could E-mail it to you. May be they will have better luck than
me.
