A fellow racer told me that a small amount of dishwasher soap will do the same
thing as water wetter.

The automatic dishwasher soap contains a chemical to eliminate 'surface
tension'. Apparently

this is the key ingredient.

Water Wetter may contain other ingredients like lubricants and coloring, but I
have no information or

knowledge about that.
