[TR] TR3 Dash Vinyl Installation

My vinyl stretched just fine without heat.  I cut flutes in the areas that 
wrap around the backside which helped and I used lots of contact adhesive 
and clamps.  That was pretty straight forward.

I'm just glad it isn't leather.
