[TR] WA residents - Proposed changes to the Collector Plate law

They did the exact same thing here in Georgia, I had no idea until my renewal came in. I've got regular street plates on the car now.
I spoke to the insurance company and they have no problem with it as long as it's properly registered.
I guess it's one way for the states to raise revenue. I just need to find a way to raise mine as well.
