[TR] TR3 brake caliper question.

I have never used that thread restoring product by Loctite but this
would seem to me to be a possible solution.  Though necessary, that
little bolt isn't a real critical component and that triangle of sheet
metal it holds wouldn't seem to require much force to keep it in
place.
