Sounds like a perfect description of Herman van den Akkers kit (HVDA).  You
source the Celica gearbox, he supplies everything else.  It literally uses
the stock lever, in the stock location.

Oh wait, I'm not sure if he includes the Celica clutch plate in the kit.
You may have to source that yourself.
