I am bummed that my heater fan has died after only 47 years! There are a few on Ebay. Acknowledging that buying used electrics on Ebay is a caveat emptor transaction, how difficult is the trade-out? Is it a bolt-on, or do you have to break a weld? Thank you John Howard
