[TR] Armstrong Front Shock Absorbers for TR4A, TR250, TR6

Can anyone confirm this statement I came across.

  "Armstrong brand GSA 272 front tube shocks are the brand that were  
originally installed at the Triumph factory."

I know Armstrong made the rear lever arm shocks...I'm running those  
now with the Apple HD rebuild upgrade.

Apparently Armstrong was bought out by Monroe and the front shocks  
haven't been made since 1991.  I came across a pair of NOS shocks and  
thought I'd do a little research on them.
