Interestingly enough, a technical manual that fell through a time warp from 
1,000 years in the future included a glossary that defines "Fluif" as a 
liquid, typically used as a lubricant.  It goes on to say that the term was 
coined by the legendary Joe Curry some years before his fame made its meteoric 
rise.
