I love winter - I really do.  But this season of record snowfalls has gone on forever (we had flurries on Saturday) even for Vermont standards.  
 
But Easter morning broke clear and dry, with temps projected to hit 60.  Lots of rain the past week had washed away the the white haze (read: salt) on the roads.  Brunch with my best girl in a small village 25 miles down a twisty road was calling.  It was time.
 
FIRST CAR RIDE OF THE SEASON BABY!
 
There... I feel much better now.
