[TR] TR4 Steering wheel Removal

Any suggestions on removing a wooden aftermarket steering wheel from a TR4.  I
have the nut undone and just threaded back on the shaft to protect from
pulling the wheel off and smacking me in the face (don't ask me how I learned
this).  The wheel seems pretty secure and I don't have a steering wheel puller
tool.
