[TR] Fuel starvation in my TR4

Agree - check points, coil, rotor, etc.  If the points aren't opening 
enough the coil's output isn't nearly as good.  Sometimes when coils 
get hot they don't work so hot too (sorry) :)  Being bolted to the 
side of the block doesn't help the coil stay cool.
