I could accept their trying to get back losses. 
What's the point of being in business if you don't profit?  
But I suspect something else is going on, like maybe new regulations.

Oh, they've been getting that every year.  3-5 I could accept and have over the years but 14%??   That's a bit excessive...guess they're trying to get their losses back all this year.
