I'm puzzled about your choice of fuses, Carl.  Why bother protecting the
power to the relay coils (and with a 15 amp fuse when the coils draw less
than 0.1 amps), but not the larger wires that power the lamps?  Those wires
running out to the front bumper seem the most likely to short, to me.
