[TR] Steering Wheel TR4A

I had the leather wheel from Vicky Brit in my TR4 for a while. I put in an original wheel for the look and thinking Sue would drive it with the lower steering effort.

I liked the smaller wheel. With the bigger one I often had trouble finding a place for my left leg on long drives. 

Last I heard Rob Pennington was still using leather one on his TR6.
