[TR] TR4A Boot Hinges

I believe so.  Certainly they are on the earlier cars (and will quickly
break if you get it wrong), and I see two different part numbers for the 4A.

The reason is because the top of the boot is not perfectly flat.  The hinges
have an angle built into them that compensates for the curve, so the hinge
pins are in a straight line.
