I have enjoyed the Rendezvous often in the last ten years. Didn't make it every year. I always like it when they have an autocross. I especially like the autocross/speed-run combination when we are lucky enough to have an airport site.
I'm a car guy and couldn't care less about golf.
My favorite feature of organized tours is a section where the route doubles back on itself or runs both sides of a canyon/valley so the participants get to see the other cars on the road.
Family scheduling is not settled yet, but I may be seeing you in Fargo.
