[TR] Electric fans for TR's

I have suceeded in reconstituting the write up (don't ask!) I made  about 
nine years ago, where I used parts from the local scrapyard.
Several listers have asked for copies over the years but until now the 
article has remained locked in cyberspace.
I would gladly forward this as a doc file to anyone who wants it. Also would 
add that this mod is still working very well.
