[TR] TR4 - Floats for Stromberg CD175

My recollection was that floats for the subject carbs have been NLA
for years because they were only used in TR4s and then only for a
short time.

Whilst looking for something else I now notice they are shown as p/n
365-500 on the Moss site:

Is my sometimes faulty memory correct that this is a new development?
or old news?

Also -- is item 100 on that same page the paper filter some use in
place of the oiled-wire original filter?
